This deed grants ownership* of the immortal soul of Zain Curtis. Certifying a transfer and conveying ownership of the soul to the buyer.

FINE PRINT: *The Seller, of sound mind and free will, hereby agrees to transfer ownership of their immortal soul (hereinafter referred to as, "Soul") to the Buyer. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Buyer shall have absolute ownership and control over 1/6000th of the Soul. The Buyer pledges to employ the Soul in alignment with the cosmic laws and ethical principles upheld by the Ethereal Council or comparable celestial authority. The Seller retains the option to redeem their Soul, under specific conditions to be outlined in a separate Redemption Agreement, should they desire to regain ownership. The Buyer shall not employ the Soul for malevolent or nefarious purposes, nor shall they transfer ownership to any third party without the Seller's explicit consent. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Celestial Realm, devoid of any conflict of law principles. Any disputes or misunderstandings concerning this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration conducted by celestial arbiters, mutually selected by both parties. This Agreement constitutes the entirety of the understanding between the parties concerning the sale and purchase of the Soul and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral. In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement for the Purchase of a Soul as of the Effective Date.
